This change creates a transparent and modern business platform that better reflects the current size and profile of the firm. As trusted advisors to generations of clients since 1849, we remain committed to providing the same high quality legal, financial and administrative expertise.
From 1 April 2024, the business, assets and liabilities of Murray Beith Murray transferred to Murray Beith Murray LLP. All client money, information, records and data necessary to enable us to continue to provide our services to you after 1 April 2024 were transferred to Murray Beith Murray LLP.
The LLP assumes responsibility for all ongoing matters on which Murray Beith Murray were instructed on your behalf.
Your engagement with Murray Beith Murray transferred to Murray Beith Murray LLP and continues to apply to all work being carried out on or after 1 April 2024, subject to the following changes:-
New instructions from 1 April 2024 are subject to new Terms of Business and Letters of Engagement issued by Murray Beith Murray LLP.
As part of the conversion to an LLP structure, there was no change to the sort codes or bank account numbers for any of our client accounts.
