Peter advises on succession, inheritance, and tax planning. Before joining Murray Beith Murray, Peter worked as a corporate lawyer. As a result, he combines private client expertise with a broader knowledge and perspective, offering specialist advice in relation to wills, trusts, succession, estate planning, asset protection and tax mitigation including inheritance tax and capital gains tax advice.
He has a particular interest in advising business owners and business families as well as private individuals. As a dual qualified solicitor (Scotland and England/Wales), Peter is able to act for clients who have interests both North and South of the border.
