MBM Office New 380x260 Murray Beith Murray LLP is delighted to be recognised by two prestigious annual legal directories within the last week – The Legal 500 UK, which ranks the UK’s best law firms and Spear’s 500, the guide to best advisors for high-net-worth private clients.

The Legal 500 UK, again, ranks us as a Tier 2 legal firm for ‘Personal tax, trusts and executries’, ‘Contentious trusts and probate’ and ‘Agriculture and Estates’, one of the few Scottish law firms to be acknowledged in the top two tiers for all three core practice areas.

Head of Asset Protection, Peter Shand joins, Head of Rural, Andrew Linehan as a Leading Partner, defined by the directory as strongest in their field, responsible for market-leading deals and endorsed by peers and clients. Head of Executry and Asset Protection Partner, Andrew Paterson, is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer along with fellow Partners, Alec Stewart, Sophie Napier and Fraser Scott; Associate, Kathryn Johnston and Senior Solicitor, Adam Swayne.
