Emma is an executry paralegal, dealing with all aspects of executry administration. This includes investigating the estate, reporting it to HMRC for inheritance tax (IHT) purposes, obtaining the Grant of Confirmation (Probate), ingathering the estate, considering legal rights, distributing the estate to the beneficiaries and preparing the executry account. She also has experience of dealing with intestate estates (cases where there is no will).
