Ben advises individuals on a number of private client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and the creation, administration and taxation of Trusts.

Ben joined Murray Beith Murray as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2022, following his graduation from the University of Glasgow, and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2024.  Since qualifying, Ben has begun working towards obtaining his STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland).
